Shop Policies

  • I will gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of placingyour order/purchase
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (a 25%restocking fee will be applied)
  • I do not accept exchanges

    • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty. I do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

PLEASE NOTE
• Inspect your purchase upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact me within 3 days of receipt of your order with photographic evidence, accompanied by a short description in order to make a damage and/or defect claim.

Return Conditions

  • The return shipping costs, including but limited to, custom, tax and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyers.
  • If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.
