About: It is pretty but what is it?
It is Palo Santo wood aka Holy Wood. It is often found in South America also known as holy wood. It is regularly used by shamans in their practices and rituals for it’s medicinal and healing properties. It is also used for protection, clearing, and healing. These rights and rituals have been practiced and passed down for centuries. The bundle you have has sustainably harvested wood from Ecuador. Palo Santo wood comes from a tree that is already been dead for years before it is harvested for use. It is fragrant wood like no other with hints of citrus and mint. Palo Santo wood is not sage they are similar but each is its unique purpose and gift.
When: When can you use your bundle?
How about when you feel like it! If your thinking of it, or your other senses are drawn to it. It’s a good time.
Feeling in a funk?
Feeling like you need to clear some “goo”, spiritual goo? “Goo” = weight or resistance in energies.
Feeling sluggish?

How: Palo Santo wood is like burning an incense stick.
Use with caution and do not leave unattended.
First remove your charm and scroll before lighting.
It may take a few tries the first time to get some embers glowing.
It depends on how much resin is residing in the wood.
Have a bowl or something handy that you may want to use to extinguish your stick when you are done.
It will usually only burn for a short while.
Let the smoke and the aroma fill your space.
You can use your hand to wave the smoke around. Use your breath to blow more.
You can use a fan or a feather to wave and spread the smoke.
It can be like taking a bath or shower. Let it cleanse you and your space.
You may feel called to open a door or a window.
Breathe, relax and embrace the moments.

Intention Setting: If you want to use your blessing bundle to set intentions. AWESOME! Here are some ideas to get you started. First! Be your own guide! Give yourself permission to allow your prayers.
Just like a birthday wish or like step 8 on the “Tarot Wheel of Life” Take your time. Focus on where and what your intention is.
Once you have established this, you can hold your feather that was included and just visualizes your intention. Try to let all the mental clutter float away. Use your imagination. Remember how exciting it used to be to make a wish. Use all of your senses to let this expand and grow. Once you have done this. Light your stick. Trying to keep your focus. Let the smoke carry your fears, your doubts,and your questions away. Let the aroma fill your space with harmony.
Breathe, sit, and enjoy!
The feather will carry your wish. The smoke will dispel fear. The aroma will fill your space with freshness.
Connect with your highest intentions and the best of you.
Expand with your breathing.
Hold this as long as you are guided to.
Complete this with a moment of thanks and gratitude.

*To clear your feather for the next use. Just have the thought of it being clean for the next use. From the bottom of the shaft up, make several swipes upwards and away. That the air cleanses and makes way for a new. The air will take and recycle. Thanks to the bird who takes and delivers your messages.
Palo Santo Wood vs Sage:
Palo Santo is used differently than Sage or Sage smudging. While there are similarities, the bundles respect those differences. Both cleanse energy and purify. Palo Santo is healing. It also can be used for headaches, colds, and asthma.
Blessing Bundles are for you and your personal use. To clear and uplift the energy around you. Along with protection to guide you and your intentions.

Water represents, Adaptability, diplomacy, tenderness, patience, sensitivity, and clairvoyance.
It is cleansing and transformational. Do you need to ground your emotions? Do you need boundaries to protect yourself from others? Are you emotionally drained? Is there attachments that you need to let go and to move forward?
