There are all kinds of clairs
Each of us has them.
One is usually more predominant than the others.
I will list them below and see which one is your strongest or share how you use your intuition.
For me, they change and flow depending on the situation.
For readings, I tap into my higher self, guides, and ancestors to connect to your higher self and trust in the messages they deliver.
With mediumship, it is a spirit comes in to deliver messages.
Messages are always different and may not be what we expect.
Each of us connects uniquely to different places, people, and animals.
There is also this:
Animism is the belief that objects, places, and creatures all possess a distinct spiritual essence. Potentially, animism perceives all things—animals, plants, rocks, rivers, weather systems, human handiwork, and perhaps even words—as animated and alive. Wikipedia
If we take for a moment and follow that belief, then we connect to this as well.
Our favorite place, object, or pet, etc.
Those energies can be positive or negative.
Here is one story that I would love to share.
I was with a friend who wanted to show me a house that her friends had newly purchased.
Road trip and girly moments.
When we arrived we took a walk around the property.
For me, the connection was so intense, magical, and alive.
The earth, the land, the spirits that reside there were dancing and welcoming this couple to their place.
Everything was waking up and living again after a dark time.
The keepers and spirits of all the plants, earth, insects, and stones knew these people would honor their space.
They would cherish it and in turn, this would be reciprocated to them.
This is the energy that came through loud and clear.
As we walked deeper into the property my friend asked, do you feel anything here?
I tried to tap in, but nothing came.
So she shared that a man passed away there.
I stayed and took time to try to connect and feel the energy.
Nothing for me, not a hint.
All that I felt was life, humming, drumming, dancing, song, celebration, and expansiveness.
It just was like nothing is here of the man who passed.
Maybe, someone else would have connected to something different.
That is why we all have diverse gifts.
To this day, when I am there, the land spirits and all that has awakened there are still sharing their gratitude.
There are family, children, yoga, gardens, freshly grown food, friends, an outdoor fireplace, flowing water, restoration of the old, and building of the new.
Every element is honored.
Like all things, years later the energy has now shifted from enthusiasm to complete harmony, each serving each other with respect for all that is.
It has been a beautiful, once-in-a-lifetime experience I have been able to share it.
